The Anti Slip tape is a specialised, strong self-adhesive tape on a fabric backing with a non-stick coating of a thick, rhomboid-textured silicone layer.
The tape is made on a strong and flexible fabric backing coated with a thick and rhomboid structured silicone layer. The silicone forms a non-slip and non-stick coating on the tape. It ensures that machine surfaces, machine rollers do not become coated and protected during production processes with paint, glue, impregnants or other agents used in industrial processes. The rubber adhesive ensures that the tape also adheres firmly to the rapidly rotating rollers of printing machines. The tape can be replaced when worn out. The tape should not be used in production processes containing silicones.
Thanks to its structured surface, the tape can be used in any application requiring a non-stick, non-slip surface.
The fabric backing makes the tape very flexible and strong. It is suitable for temperatures from -10 to +80°C. Tape colour black.
Typical roll size 50mm wide and 25mb long. Other widths can be cut to order.
Total tape thickness 0.8mm.
Adhesion to steel 4.4N/25mm
