The 3M™ fabric adhesive tape 389 is characterised by good tear resistance and flexibility for use on uneven surfaces. The polyethylene-coated fabric tape is easy to handle and can also be used in conjunction with moisture. Easy masking in curves is possible with the close-meshed adhesive tape. It generally has a very high permanent holding power and good conformability. Possible applications include colour coding of components, general repair purposes or bundling pipes, fabrics and much more.
Application:
Scotch™ Adhesive Tape 389 can be used for masking, labelling, bundling, reinforcing and repairing, bonding and splicing carpets, as well as sealing joints and air conditioning ducts.
